I had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The location next to the subway station on 4th avenue was super convenient for getting around the city. It was so close that I easily hopped on the subway to reach MetLife stadium. Additionally, there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance, making it a breeze to grab a meal. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all. Everything exceeded my expectations.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and felt very comfortable coming and going. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. It is 1 block from the subway station so it was convenient to walk to transportation. It was also 2 blocks from 5th street, which has lots of great restaurants, markets ect. The room, although somewhat small, was clean and had a refrigerator so we could shop in the local market for fruit, snacks, drinks etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the service was great. We would stay there again!
My only negative comments would be that the air condition system, although cool, was not controlling the humidity level well, so things felt damp at times. Also, the breakfast area was a little small for the amount of folks needing to eat breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the metro stop. It is part of the gentrification of the Park Slope area.

The security at the hotel was really good. That was one of my worries before I took the trip, that my car would not be safe. When I got to the hotel though your staff showed me the camera monitors and I felt at ease. There were no incidents during my trip.
It would have been better if you had a bigger parking lot. That way I would not have had to give up my car keys to the staff just in case my car needed to be moved.

It was very clean and the price was good for New York. Located near an all night market that had a good variety of healthy foods and the Union subway station.
The desk clerk gave us directions as to which subway trains to take to get there from jfk that weren't quite accurate and it ended up taking us 4 hours to get there. Do better research than we did on how to get there.

The hotel is new and very quiet, the staff very helpful and the subway is only a short walk away in a neighborhood that is rapidly becoming more upscale everyday by the look of it. Our room on the 4th floor had a good view of Manhattan skyline.
The breakfast is typical, offering of a variety of wheat and sugar - not much to start a day on.

The hotel was convenient as it was near the subway, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel offered free parking which was a great perk. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was decent and provided a good start to the day.
The hotel seemed to have a lot of families staying for long-term periods, which made it feel more like a shelter than a hotel. the room we had was quite small and the overall appearance of the hotel was not that great.

Located in a bustling neighborhood with great dining options and easy subway access, making exploring the city a breeze. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.
Rooms and bathrooms were smaller than expected and lacking in some amenities. There were some loud noises from outside and hallways at times.

The fact that the place is new and clean, plus the location which is really convenient

The cleanliness, the number of pillows and their different varieties, the existence of a refrigerator, the free parking, the breakfast, the walking distance closeness to Brooklyn theaters/restaurants.
The room was right by the elevator and the breakfast room. The elevator pinging when it arrived could be heard in our room every time, as well as peoples' coming and goings. At midnight some people decided to convert the breakfast room, which does not have a door, into a 'late night supper' room - keeping us up. The bed was much harder that other hotels I have stayed at, causing me a back ache. There was no fan in the bathroom, leaving the bath room very steamy after a shower.
